Going on 2 years living at this residence. We have really enjoyed being here. The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly, caring and really go above and beyond for the residents. Any issue we've had has been promptly resolved. Highly recommend Palm Ranch if you are looking for a new place to call home

Mauricio is the best maintenance man. I have lived here since May 01, 2016 and he has been here as long. His work is always on time and complete. He is very professional, always has a smile. We just recently moved in and are in love with the community! Everything is clean and well taken care of. HUGE shout out to Clara! She was amazing and made the whole leasing process so easy. She kept us updated with apartments that were soon to be available. She was very knowledgeable and showed that she actually cared throughout the whole process. We are happy to live here.
